Monday: Cityscape

I used Ink Road Stamp:Amber from Inky girl collection.
I used Inkadinkado: stores stamp.

I watercolored the images and mounted on woodgrain paper.

SSS Monday challenge: Tag!

I used a Suzy's card that I colored with my alcohol markers, I popped it up on some teal glitter paper, added some rainbow ribbon, what a sweet Tag!

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: pop it up

I used Picket Fence Whale set (vitamin sea) I water colored him in Gray, then water colored a background in various blue green purple colors...I cut a window and made a shaker card, I popped the whale on the front. He is such a happy whale! I just love him!

Color Throwdown 505 Gray Teal and Pink

I used the fish (pisces) from Mama Elephant astrology set, distress background and then used Simon says slider dies, the little fish can swim back and forth, I put some clear bubble drops on and it was so cute I did not want to add a sentiment! Just a fun card to play with!

Wednesday SSS challenge: Distress it

I made a distress ink background, stamped WaffleFlower cat and colored with alcohol markers, she is an adorable cat with her fish in her food bowl.

SSS monday challenge Tape it up

I used Ink Road Stamps Mermaid (she is sooo cute!!)

I layered teal and gold washi tape to look like beach and water...then colored the mermaid with zig markers, I added Nuvo gold drops for her crown, also made a beachy looking sign with the Salty AF stamp....
This was a quick and fun card to make, I must get my washi tape out more often!!

Monday SSS challenge: Wild Things!

I used Creative Stamper magazine stamps, they give you stamps with the magazine purchase, this set had all kinds of wild animals, trees.... I love buying those magazines....

I ink blended the background.....

Lawn Fawn unicorn and clouds dies, MFT for the sun die, circle dies for the rainbow....

I am still looking for a great saying to add.....hmmm???

My coral was too bright and my yellow is too bright, but I am trying and I am creating, that is a wonderful thing!

SSS Monday Challenge-anything but a card

Every month I make a new layout to insert in my starbucks water cup. For June I made a watercolor background and used Hero Arts mermaids to decorate the under sea scene....

I enjoy using this cup to drink water all day, every month a new theme!

Wednesday challenge: Anniversary

This challenge is perfect for me right now, my husband and I will be celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary on Sunday the 10th.

He loves to watch all the space shows on TV so I made him this card yesterday, I special ordered the AltENew Moon stamp set just to make him this card! get yours at www.altenew.com

I embossed the moon to give it texture and I used ranger inks to make the sky background.

Simon Says Wednesday challenge

Use more then one stamp:

Not hard to do when you have way too many stamps! I started out in the 1990's buying wood mounted stamps at the craft store,, from there I started buying from Stampin'up and CTMH...from there I started finding cool stamp company's at stamp and scrapbook expo, Lawn Fawn, MFT, Pink and Main, etc... Now online I love to shop at Simon Says Stamp, they have all the cool stamp companies in one place with all the accessories you need to make fabulous cards and scrapbooks and more.....and I can buy in my jammies while sipping a nice hot cup of coffee, nice!

Here is a card I made using more then 1 stamp:

I used a little bit of various stamp sets to make this coffee card, just grabbed a bunch of coffee sets. I like to collect coffee stamps so was not hard to make! Just a little of this and a little of that....
colored with my markers, popped them up on wood grain paper squares.

I painted this little sail boat scene with watercolor paints, the stamp is a CTMH stamp and Off you go stamp was from a stamp magazine set.

Monday challenge: Song

Oh I knew right away which song and card I wanted to make...Fly me to the Moon by Frank Sinatra.
That way I could make a distress ink Galaxy background..those are so fun to do!!

I made a vellum moon touched with black soot ink and then water drops, not too shabby!

Monday SSS challenge..Flower Power

I joined Ink Road Stamps little stamp of the month club and Spellbinders Die of the month club, just to boost my inventory a little...both are under 10.00 so it's not a huge out put..I got both my April items this week, so I put together this card which just so happens works well for Flower Power challenge on Simon Says Stamp site......

Coffee and books from Ink Road Stamps and The flower dies are from Spellbinders.

I used zig markers to lightly color the girl and her iced coffee! Enjoy!
